Even though there are not many flights to Brno and just a little more from Ostrava, getting to WFC 2013 is easy! Just fly into the capital of Prague and take a bus to Brno. On the way back from Ostrava your easiest option is the train.

Wherever you are from, definitely you will be able to find a convenient flight to Vaclav Havel Airport Prague. Once you are in Prague, you can take various buses to metro and go to the city center (number 119 takes you to the terminus of green line, numbers 100 and 179 take you to different stations of the yellow line and 510 is a nightly that goes to red line, AE ie. airport express takes you to the main train station) or a bus directly from the Prague airport to Brno (provided by Student Agency, cca €10, 4 hours journey, runs between 6,35 and 21,35). All of these buses stop in front of both terminals 1 and 2.

Once you are in Brno, you can enjoy the matches in Vodova Arena, tram no. 12, stop Kr. Pole. If you need help with accommodation, please contact us here: www.wfc2013.cz/en/ms-2013/accommodation-for-fans. Between Brno and Ostrava you can take either a bus or a train, both take around 2,5 hours.

On your way back we recommend you take a train from Ostrava to Prague, which takes a little over 3 hours. You can choose from various companies that serve this route – Pendolino by Czech railways is the fastest and offers services such as free drinks and newspapers, so do Leo Express and Regio Jet. The trains leave from the main station several times per hour and a ticket costs €13. They will take you to the main train station in Prague, from where you can take a bus directly to the airport, if you have no time to spend in the beautiful capital…
